UnitedHealthcare has designated Electronic Payments and Statements (EPS) as the standard way to do business with physicians, hospitals, and other health care professionals.
EPS offers claim payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and claim remittance (EOB/ERA) information online. To learn more, you can view a self-running audio/visual demo at www.WelcomeToEPS.com. In addition to online EOB/ERA access presented in this demo, you can also secure a consolidated 835 file that matches your direct deposit directly from ENS.
