Mr. Sullivan joined ENS in 1991 and has been a strong contributor to the expansion of the firm's services to both providers and insurance payers.

He also played an important role in development and establishment of the firm's new provider services and customer service operation. Mr. Sullivan helped manage the development and roll-out of the ADS™ service, the Internet claims initiative, and the development of the firm's Internet strategy. In addition, Mr. Sullivan was responsible for opening new regional branches of ENS. Prior to joining ENS, he worked for International Provider Services.
