Nevada Medicare Transition to Palmetto GBA Announcement:
If you received Florida Blue Shield rejections for the following reason: "The trading partner agreement for Interchange Level could not be found." This was a problem at Availity with processing in their system. Due to the intermittent rejections, you will need to resubmit only the claims that were rejected. ENS is currently working with Palmetto GBA to ensure all ENS clients have been successfully enrolled, following the transition from Noridian to Palmetto GBA. When the enrollment process is complete all claims received by ENS from July 29, 2008 to present will be submitted by ENS to Palmetto.
