Memorial Day Holiday - ENS, Ingenix will be closed 05/26/2008 ENS will be closed on Monday, May 26, 2008, in observance of Memorial Day. ENS will continue to accept electronic transmissions seven days a week. Transmissions received by ENS during the Holiday will not be processed until the next working business day.

ENS, Ingenix Payers List
ENS, Ingenix has added multiple payers to our Payers List. Please log on to ENSHealth.com, click on Payer Lists, select Medical Payer List to view/print an updated payer list.

Possible Medicare Rejections
It has come to our attention that Medicare has added new edits to validate the TIN/SSN sent in on claims against the TIN/SSN provided in the credentialing process. If you credentialed using your SSN and are now billing with a TIN, your claims will reject. Please contact your local Medicare to inquire about the re-credentialing process.

The above payers will no longer accept dual sumbission of NPI and Legacy numbers on claims effective May 23, 2008. Please remove your provider legacy numbers from your inbound files no later than May 22, 2008 to avoid claim batch rejections.
