Customer Center

ENS is pleased to announce the arrival of Customer Center . This innovative application allows ENS customers to view, edit and check the status of secured account information.

ENS customers can now do the following through Customer Center :

  • Check state specific Provider Announcements
  • Create and check the status of Service tickets online.
  • Check provider's enrollment status of outstanding EMC's
  • Search ENS' application and reports Knowledge Base

Clients may access this information with the same ENS User ID and Password that is used to access the claim system.


ENS' Customer Service & Support Technical Team can answer your questions about our services, enrollment, and installation.

ENS uses a state-of-the-art information system to track and respond to our clients by trained ENS professionals.

How to contact the Customer Service & Support Technical Team:
  • A service and support technical line is available from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM MST at 1-866-367-9778.
  • A 24 hour toll-free fax number is available to take your service requests at 1-888-567-8880.
  • You can also email your request to tsupport@ENShealth.com.
ENS hours of operation:

ENS can accept electronic transactions 24 hours a day / 7 days a week with the following exceptions for systems infrastructure maintenance:

  • ENS' bulletin board system (dial in via modem) is unavailable daily for approximately 10 minutes from 11:50pm MST to 12:00am MST.
  • Every Sunday morning from 9:00am MST to 12:00pm MST is reserved for infrastructure maintenance and system upgrades.
