1. Send Claims

• Instead of printing claims from your existing practice management system, simply save them to a file.
• Open Health-e Claim, and select your claim file.
• Click “Send Claims.”

2. View Results

• Instantly see the summary results of your transmission.
• View individual accepted claims and any claims that may contain errors.

3. Correct Claims

• Erred claims are displayed within a familiar HFCA format.
• Once the error is corrected, the claim is automatically submitted to ENS.
